These seem like different questions about laser tag safety but they’ve actually got the same answer: No! Our gaming guns don’t use physical projectiles of any sort: no pellets, no paint, nothing. They only shoot light beams at each other. It’s the same light, in fact, that comes out of your TV remote. It’s completely safe for your eyes and isn’t an actual laser, which would be dangerous. FAQ: Why do you use so many laser tag props on your field?
We use laser tag props for a very simple reason: the laser tag guns themselves are the least interesting thing we can use on the field. As we’ve said in other places, the guns are the least interesting thing on the field; they work the same way each and every time. We use various props to really change up the flow of play. FAQ: Hold old (and how physically fit) do you have to be to play laser tag?
We’ve had folks as young as 3 and as old young as their 80s play laser tag with us. (We’ll warn you now: little kids will KILL you. You can’t see them coming because they’re too small and all they care about is chasing and shooting Mom/Dad/Grandma/Grandpa/etc.) In general someone between the ages of 8-10 is absolutely old enough, but individual kids vary.
